Open-pored reticulated polyurethane foam kits for V.A.C. Therapy units, to promote granulation tissue and exudate removal; trims to fit deep or irregular wounds. GranuFoam Silver is micro-bonded with metallic silver, giving a barrier to bacterial penetration and silver throughout the foam even after trimming. Used for: Used with V.A.C. Therapy units. Silver kit: chronic, critically colonised or infected wounds, with good clinical practice.
