We deliver throughout Hong Kong, and delivery is free on orders over HK$500. For orders of HK$500 or below we arrange delivery case by case at the applicable courier cost, which we advise before processing your order. Deliveries outside Hong Kong are by prior arrangement only.

We accept bank transfer, cheque, FPS and cash. Approved account customers pay within 30 days of the invoice date. First-time customers, and certain goods, may require payment in full before dispatch. Overdue amounts carry interest at 2% per month.

Goods must be unused, in their original unopened packaging and in resaleable condition, and returns require prior authorisation. For reasons of safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned unless they are defective:

• sterile or single-use products once the packaging is opened or the sterile seal is broken
• temperature-sensitive or cold-chain products, such as refrigerated items
• products that have been used, installed, mixed or altered
• custom, special-order or made-to-order items

For many products, yes. Certain goods may only be supplied to qualified healthcare professionals, licensed institutions or authorised purchasers under Hong Kong's Medical Device Administrative Control System and the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance (Cap. 138). We may request proof of eligibility before accepting an order.

Goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one applies, and we pass the benefit of that warranty on to you. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper storage or handling, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.

A pharmaceutical-grade refrigerator is a temperature-controlled cabinet built to store medicines, vaccines and reagents within a narrow, monitored range — typically +2°C to +8°C. Unlike a domestic fridge, it uses ventilated cooling for even temperature distribution, an electronic controller with alarms, and lockable access.
