Adaptic is a primary non-adhering dressing made of knitted cellulose acetate mesh impregnated with a petrolatum emulsion. Adaptic Digit is a tubular version for fingers and toes: a silicone-coated cloth covered with tubular gauze. Used for: Adaptic: dry to heavily exuding wounds, incl. 1st/2nd-degree burns, abrasions and cuts, grafts, venous ulcers, pressure ulcers, nail avulsion, sutures and reconstructive surgery incisions. Adaptic Digit: cuts, abrasions, traumatic injuries, nail avulsion, sutures of fingers and toes.
