Every item in our brochures and on our website has a product code. Quoting the code is the fastest and most accurate way to order and avoids any mix-up over sizes or variants.我們目錄及網站上的每項產品都有專屬產品編號。提供編號是最快捷、最準確的下單方式，可避免尺寸或型號混淆。

Include the product code(s) and name(s), quantity, delivery address and contact person, plus any account or billing reference.請提供產品編號及名稱、數量、送貨地址及聯絡人，如有月結戶口或賬單參考編號亦請一併提供。
We confirm your order我們確認訂單
We reply with price, availability and the expected delivery date, and issue a written confirmation. Your order is accepted once we confirm in writing or dispatch the goods.我們會回覆價格、供貨情況及預計送貨日期，並發出書面確認。訂單於我們發出書面確認或發貨後正式接納。
Delivery & payment送貨及付款
Delivery within Hong Kong is free on orders over HK$500. Pay by bank transfer, cheque, FPS or cash; approved account customers have 30-day terms.香港境內訂單滿 HK$500 免費送貨。可以銀行轉賬、支票、轉數快（FPS）或現金付款；已批核的月結客戶享30天付款期。
